江苏省社会办医发展现状分析及相关问题研究

The current situation and related questions of private medical institutions in Jiangsu

目的:分析江苏省社会办医的发展现状,探讨当前江苏省社会办医存在的问题并提出解决措施。方法:以文献研究和实证调研为依托,从机构、床位、病床使用率、门诊服务量、区域比较等5个方面对江苏省社会办医的现状进行分析。结果:江苏省近几年社会办医发展势头良好,形成了独特的社会办医特色,对其他省市具有一定的借鉴意义,但同时仍然存在卫生服务量相对较少、不同类型的非公立医院发展不平衡等方面的不足。结论:促进江苏省社会办医的进一步发展,必须以政策保障为基础,加快其与医疗保险制度的衔接,构建多元办医格局,并探索有民营医院参与的医疗联合体新模式。

Objective：To analyze the current situation and related questions of private medical institutions in Jiangsu,and provide some solutions. Methods：According to the literature and empirical research, analysis on agencies,beds,bed usage,outpatient service volume and regional comparison was conducted. Results：In recent years,the development of private medical institutions is well,has formed unique characteristics and could provide some reference for other provinces and cities. However,private medical institutions exists some problems,such as the small volume of health service,unbalanced in different types of private medical institutions and so on. Conclusion：In order to promote the further development of private medical institutions in Jiangsu,we must take policy protection as the basis,speed up its connection with the medical insurance system,build a multi-dimensional medical system and explore new modes of medical alliance.
