摘要
研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钒渣中钙、镁、铬、锰、钛的分析方法。试样用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸溶解,选择合适的分析谱线,优化仪器工作参数进行测定,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为0.19%-0.54%,加标回收率在98.5%-100.7%之间。该方法简便快速,具有很好的精密度和准确度,实现了酸溶法快速测定钒渣样品中钙、镁、铬、锰、钛含量。
This paper introduces a method to analysis the content of calcium,magnesium, chromium, manganese and titaniumn in Vanadium slag by ICP-AES. Uses hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acidt to dissolve the sample into solution,determines the spectral lines of the elements,discusses operating parameters.The relative standard deviation is 0.19% - 0.54% and recovery ratio is up to 98.5% - 100.7%. This method is simple,quick,shows good precision and accuracy. Realized the fast determination of calcium, magnesium, chromium, manganese and titanium contents in Vanadium slag.
