摘要
采用表面观察、金相分析、力学性能及断口扫描等方法研究了普通半连续铸造和低频电磁铸造的小162mm规格Al-6.2%Zn-2.3%Mg-2.2%Cu-0.11%Zr铝合金铸锭的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明,低频电磁铸造显著改善铸锭表面质量,细化晶粒,并使组织分布均匀,改善铸锭的力学性能的均匀性。
The 162mm ingots of Al-6.2%Zn-2.3%Mg-2.2%Cu-0.11%Zr aluminium alloy by DC and LFEC were investigates by surface morphology, microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology. The results showed that LFEC can significantly improve property of the ingot surface, refine grain and the uniformitys of microstructure and tensile property are improved.
