摘要
在实际工业生产中,试验钢在热轧改变不同的卷取温度,研究分析了卷取温度对冷轧双相钢热轧原料及冷轧成品组织性能的影响,结果表明:试验铜热轧卷取温度对冷轧成品组织及强度影响趋势不明显,组织均为F+M(10%左右),随着卷取温度升高冷轧成品延伸率呈下降趋势,600℃为31%,660℃为26.5%。试验铜在四种不同的卷取温度条件下,冷轧成品均具有优异的双相钢性能,符合相关标准要求,试验钢具有较宽的热轧工艺窗口,适合工业大生产。
In actual industrial production, the test steels were changed in different coiling temperatures in hot rolling, and the effects of coiling temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolling raw materials and cold rolled steel products were studied and analyzed. The results showed: The effect of coiling temperature on the microstmcture and strength of cold rolled products was not obvious. The microstructure was F+M (about 10%). With the increase of coiling temperature, the elongation of cold rolled products showed a decreasing trend. The temperature at 600℃ was 31%, and 660℃ was 26.5%. The test steel has excellent dual-phase steel performance lander four different coiling temperatures, and meets relevant standards. The test steel has a wide hot-rolling process window and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
