摘要
研究认为GB/T34197-2017:单股钢丝绳分类依据不充分、结构式写法不规范。典型钢丝绳缺少业界多家强企含填充组合平行捻股结构。一类股不应同时包含压实股与捻制股。不应将29F股排除在36类股外。EP定义不准确。聚合物无产品标准与检测方法。不存在等直径铜丝捻股。单股铜丝绳不存在绳芯、铜丝接头应另规定。聚合物包覆钢丝绳不圆度要求相对较严不合适。粗直径圆股钢丝绳不应有级别概念,最小破断拉力计算公式应与普通直径时不同。不能限定钢丝绳单位长度实测重量必须大于近似重量。不应同时限定钢丝绳内、外层绳直径偏差及包覆层厚度。应规定钢丝绳不松散性。铜丝绳直径测量结果不存在争议,重新施加张力测量缺乏可操作性。同一标准同时出现不圆度与圆度不要。
According to the research about GB/T 34197-201: The classification conditions for spiral rope is inadequate and the structural formula is not standard. Typical structures steel wire rope than making with combined parallel strand containing filler structure and have been shown in many famous strong works in the word are missing.Stranded strand and compacted strand are not in the same class.29F strand should not be excluded from 36 class strand. The definition for EP is inaccurate. There is no product standard and testing method for polymers. Same diameter steel wire strands do not exist In this standard .Spiral rope does not exist rope core and steel wire joint should he specified. The relatively strict requirement of out of roundness for solid polymer covered and filled rope is not reasonable. There's no grade concept for round strand wire rope with large diameter. The formula calculating the minimum breaking force should be different for large diameter rope and ordinary diameter rope. It's not true that qualified measured weight per unit length of the wire rope to be greater than the approximate weight. It's not appropriate to define diameter deviation of the inner and outer rope as well as restrict thickness of polymer covered. The wire rope loose and scattered features should be stipulated. There is no dispute about the measurement results of wire rope diameter. It's not appropriate that out of roundness and roundness appears in the same standard.
