摘要
目前钢渣综合利用方向主要有回收渣钢、烧制熟料及混合材、回填材料、道路及农业等领域。钢渣用途广泛,利用技术不断提高,但综合利用率不高。当前国家鼓励发展循环经济,推行节能减排。钢渣资源化利用是最具节能减排、环保的措施之一。也是钢铁工业健康及可持续发展的原动力。钢渣经粉磨后,可用于烟气脱硫、脱硝、脱氯等,进一步拓展钢渣的综合利用率。钢渣中的钙、镁、铁等金属氧化物的有效成份,可以与烟气中的酸性氧化物发生化学反应,生成相应的盐类,达到烟气脱硫、脱硝等目的,适用于钢铁企业、燃煤锅炉及煤化工等企业,为我国的铜渣资源化利用及环保事业做出应有贡献。
The comprehensive utilization of steel slag have many areas, such as recycled slag steel, fired clinker and composite materials, backfill materials, roads and agriculture. Steel slag was widely used and its utilization technology was continuously improved, hut the rate of its comprehensive utilization was lower.Now, the government encourages the development of circular economy and promotes energy conservation and emission reduction. The utilization of steel slag has been known as one of the most energy-saving, emission-reducing and environmental protection measures, and was also the driving force of the development of a healthy and sustainable steel industry. Steel slag can be used for flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dechlorination, and further expand the comprehensive utilization of steel slag. The effective components of metal oxides such as calcium, magnesium, and iron in steel slag can react chemically with the acidic oxides in the flue gas in order to produce corresponding salts. The purposes of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification were achieved for coal boilers and coal chemical companies. It was very useful for the utilization of steel slag resources and environmental protection in China.
