摘要
双燃料内燃机的电磁阀作为其核心部件,需要具有高可靠性和快速通断的能力。提出了一种简洁实用的燃气喷射阀驱动电路,每一个电磁阀由一个高位功率开关和一个低位功率开关共同控制,保证能够可靠关断;并且使用PWM控制高位功率开关能灵活改变电磁阀上的有效电压使其快速稳定的导通。针对当前电磁阀导通时间的MAP值都是离散数据动力输出不平滑,提出使用二维线性差值法将离散的数据连续化,使得内燃机的动力输出更加平滑。
Dual-fuel internal combustion engine solenoid valve as its core components,needs for high reliability and fast on-off capacity.Based on this,a simple and practical gas injection valve drive circuit is proposed.Each solenoid valve is controlled by a high power switch and a low power switch to ensure reliable shutdown;and the use of PWM control high power switch can be flexible to change the effective voltage on the valve makes it fast and stable.And for the current,the MAP value of the solenoid valve is discrete resulting in the power output is not smooth,It is proposed to use the two-dimensional linear difference algorithm to continuously discretize the discrete data so that the power output of the internal combustion engine is smoother.
