Virtual simulation analysis of pure electric vehicle transmission system

摘要 以国内某款纯电动汽车为研究对象,以其基本尺寸参数为分析依据。结合电动汽车传动系统的工作原理及汽车行驶运动方程的基本要求,设计计算传动系统主要结构——电机、电池、变速器的基本性能参数;通过ADVISOR软件建立电机、变速器和蓄电池的仿真模型,进行传动系统的仿真分析,并结合Autosize工具进行参数设置匹配,实现变速器的传动比优化设置。经综合分析表明在不改变原车电机及电池结构的前提下,通过改变变速器的传动比,实现传动系统最优参数匹配,从而达到提高其动力性的目标。 Based on a pure electric vehicle in a domestic,with its basic size parameters for analyzing basis.Combining with the working principle of electric vehicle drive system and the car movement equation,the basic requirements of the design and calculation main drive system structure,basic performance parameters of the motor,battery,transmission;Build motor,transmission and storage battery by ADVISOR software,a simulation model of transmission system of simulation analysis,and combining the Autosize tool parameters matching,realizes the transmission ratio optimization Settings.Don′t change the original car by the comprehensive analysis shows that the motor and battery structure under the premise of through the change of transmission ratio,can realize the transmission system optimal matching parameters,to improve its performance goals.
