摘要
为了降低高性能永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统的复杂度,提高PMSM控制系统的人机交互性,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和Zynq的PMSM电机控制系统。采用赛灵思公司(Xilinx)的Zynq作为处理器,其内部集成了ARM和FPGA。电机控制算法在FPGA执行,通信和数据交互在ARM上完成。该系统软件部分包括FPGA、ARM和PC,均在LabVIEW平台上完成。同时,图形化语言LabVIEW易于构建人机交互界面。实验结果证明了本设计具有过程设计简化、控制性能良好和设计平台扩展性好等特点,完全可以工程化应用。
Aiming at reducing the complexity of synchronous permanent magnet motor(PMSM)Control System,and improve the human-computer interaction of PMSM control system.A new PMSM Control System based on LabVIEW and Zynq was proposed.Xilinx's Zynqprocessor was used for its special architecture,it has an ARM core inside the FPGA.The control algorithm of PMSM was implemented on FPGA,the connection and data exchanging between PC and Embedded Systems wasmainly implemented on ARM core.The PMSM driver systemwhich included FPGA,ARM,PC,wereall completed in LabVIEW platform,with LabVIEW graphical tools,it was easy to access with people.Experiment result are provided to verify that the control system can simplify the process of designing,improve the performance of control,enhance the flexibility of system and it was easy to implement on the practical project.
