螺纹钢的自动计数分钢系统的研究

Research about the system of automatic counting and separation on deformed steel bars

针对螺纹钢的自动打捆设计了自动计数分钢系统。自动计数分钢系统主要包括图像采集处理模块、控制模块、显示模块、光源模块和机械分钢模块。首先通过摄像头获取螺纹钢端面图像;接着对所获图像做数字图像处理,其中包括图像分割、图像滤波、图像数字形态学处理等;再采用面积判别法或圆环判别法实现螺纹钢的自动计数;然后将自动计数后的信号传输给机械分钢模块,以控制伺服电机的运动,从而实现分钢的动作。并且实现了在MATLAB/Simulink上的相关仿真。

An automatic counting steel system is designed for automatic bundling of deformed steel bars.Automatic counting steel system mainly includes image acquisition and processing module,control module,display module,light module and mechanical separating module.First,obtain the image of deformed steel bars by the camera.Then process the image in digital,including image segment,image filtering,image morphological process and so on.And then count automatically in the area discrimination method or circular ring discrimination method.Next,the automatic counting signal is transmitted to the mechanical separating module to control the movement of the servo motor so as to realize the action of splitting steel.In addition,this paper implements the relevant simulation on the MATLAB/Simulink.
