摘要
工程设计中需要对特定的物体的运动状态进行实时监测,并将其运动状态发送至服务器,由计算机远程监控,实现智能化管理,比如井盖的运动状态以及龙门架倾斜度判定。为了实现上述的功能,提出了基于低功耗单片机的系统监测方案,设计出基于ATXMEGA32E5为主控芯片,通过中兴的通信芯片MC8618来进行数据的远程传输,采用了三轴加速度传感器ADXL362来对特定系统的运动状态进行实时的监测。经测试,监测系统运行平稳可靠性高,能广泛应用于环境恶劣的场合,具有很强的推广价值。
In engineering design,to achieving intelligent management,we need to monitor the motion state of a particular object and send it to server in real-time to remote monitoring by computer,such as the movement of the manhole cover and the inclination of the portal frame.To implement the above functions,A monitoring system based on low power MCU is proposed.we design a real-time monitoring system taking ATXMEGA32 E5 as the main chip.The system transforms data remotely through MC8618,a communication chip produced by ZTE,and we use three-axis acceleration sensor,ADXL362,to monitor the motion state of object in real-time.To ensure a longer working life,the system takes a low power design.The practice of testing,monitoring system running a smooth and high reliability,can be widely used in harsh environments,with a strong promotion value.
