摘要
以浙江大学新校区周边的望月社区为例,分析了学生化新社区中原住民与学生群体两类居民地方感的形成机制。结果显示:生产性功能植入后带来的利益共享使得居民与地方产生了直接而密切的联结;学生文化使社区居民建构起"此处"与"他处"的差异;不同先验文化的两类群体混居同一空间之内,因学生化的作用,快速建构起新的空间认同与情感依附。据此认为,应多方位评估学生化对城市邻里的影响,积极发挥学生化的正外部性,促进高校与周边社区功能的良性互动,推动城市包容性发展。
This essay studies the formation mechanism of the sense of place between residents and students in the new community near Zhejiang University. The results show: The sharing of benefits caused by the implantation of productive function makes the residents have a direct and close connection; Student culture makes the residents build " here " and " elsewhere " differences; Because of studentification,different types of groups mix within the same space,quickly build a new spatial identity and emotional attachment. Therefore,we should evaluate the influence of studentification on urban neighborhoods,and actively play the positive externalities of students in order to improve the interaction between universities and the surrounding community,and promote the inclusive development of cities.
