在中国特色社会主义新时代,加强和改进高校思想政治工作具有十分重要的意义。重庆三峡学院"三成三育"思想政治工作新模式落实立德树人根本任务,倡导教师做到成师、成友、成范,引领学生做到育心、育气、育能,围绕办学方向、办学导向和办学取向三大问题,把握社会主义办学方向、学校内涵建设发展、培养什么样的学生三大文章,搭建学生理论武装、校园文化、社会实践、创新创业和榜样示范五大平台,彰显思想政治工作的实效性、身边榜样力量的示范性和校风学风建设的引领性,取得良好的育人效果和办学效益,对其他高校作好思想政治工作具有一定启发借鉴意义。

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, It is ot great slgnlncance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The new model of ideological and political work of the ＂Three into Three＂ education in Chongqing Three Gorges University implements the basic task of setting the moral to educate students. It advocates teachers to become teachers, friends, as well as the models of the students, which in turn requires students cultivate their mind, generosity, as well as capacity. The model tends to deal with three issues： education direction, school orientation and school approach. It needs to cling to the direction of the socialism, the construction and development of connotation, and the principle of cultivating students. It has to build five platforms-- students＇ theoretical quality, campus culture, social practice, innovation and exemplary model -- so as to highlight the effectiveness of ideological and political work, the representativeness of the models, and the directness of school style construction, and to achieve good educational benefits and school efficiency. It may shed some light on other colleges and universities＇ ideological and political work.
