摘要
建立了大米和大麦中黄曲霉毒素B,的酶联免疫吸附测定方法,样品经25mL甲醇-水(50:50,v/v)提取后,用酶联免疫法直接测定。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1在1.0μg/kg-20.0μg/kg范围内拟合度良好,相关系数为0.9999,平均加标回收率为97%~113%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.8%。对实际样品进行检测时发现,在不良环境下储存的大麦样品中AFTB,的含量会增加。
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in rice and barley was established. The samples were extracted by 25mL methanol water (50:50, v/v). A good linear relationship (r2=0.9999) was found in the concentration range of 1.0-20.0μg/kg. The recovery and the relative standard deviation of the sample are 97%-113%, and 1.9%-4.8%, respectively. The content of aflatoxin B t will increase in 30 humidity and poor ventilation environment.
