摘要
介绍了一种新型雾化降温装置,它可有效降低空冷器进口空气温度,提高空冷器进风侧的换热性能,从而降低机组背压并使其满发。经过对环境温度、喷雾水量等参数进行分析,优化了喷雾水泵,提出了完整的解决方案。
This article described the use of a new type of atomization cooling device that can effectively reduce the air temperature at the inlet of the air cooler and improve the heat transfer performance on the air inlet side of the air cooler,thereby reduced the unit back pressure and made it full. After analyzied the parameters such as the ambient temperature and the amount of sprayed water,the spray pump was optimized and a complete solution was proposed.
