基于工控网的交联电缆生产监控系统案例

摘要 提出了一套交联电缆生产线智能监控的工业控制网络,该网络硬件设计主要基于Profibus-DP总线和工业以太网技术,并应用OPC技术实现交联电缆生产的数据采集。该工业控制网络既能对企业交联电缆生产过程进行实时、连续地监测和控制,提高交联电缆生产的安全稳定性;同时,此交联电缆生产线智能监控网络亦可作为典型的分层工业控制网络的案例教学,理论结合实际,实现更好的课堂教学效果。 This paper presents an industrial control network for intelligent monitoring on a set of XLPE cable production line. The network hardware design is mainly based on the Profibus-DP bus and industrial Ethernet technology,and realizes the data acquisition of the XLPE cable production through the application of OPC technology. The industrial control network can continuously monitor and control the production process of enterprise XLPE cable in real-time,and improve the security and stability of XLPE cable production. At the same time,the intelligent network can also be used as a typical teaching case of the layered industrial control network to achieve better teaching effects by combining theory with practice.
