摘要
目的:分离和纯化甘草肉生真菌,并检测其次级代谢产物抑菌活性。方法:采用组织块分离法从根中分离内生真菌,采用滤纸片法去评价甘草内生真菌代谢产物抑菌活性,结果:从甘草根得到15株内生真菌,获得乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、甲醇部位提取物其45个,其中43个样品显示一定抑菌活性,占样品总数95.6%,其中R108(EAE)、R108(NBE)、R109(EAE)、R109(NBE)、R109(MME)这5个样品均对绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruqinosa)显示较强抑菌活性。最小抑菌浓度分别为1.25mg/mL、0.625mg/mL、2.5mg/mL、0.3125mg/mL、2.5mg/mL,结论:甘草内生真菌发酵产物具有一定抑菌活性,抑菌范围较广,具有一定研究价值。
Objective: Endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from Glycyrrhiza uralensis and the bacteriostatic activities of their secondary metabolites were examined. Methods: Endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots by tissue isolation, and evaluate its bacteriostatic activities through filter paper method. Results: The number of endophytic fungi which we obtained from glycyrrhiza root is 15, and the number of extract from ethyl acetate, N-butanol and carbinol is 45. Among them, we found there were 43 samples, which had bacteriostatic activities, and the total number of sample is 95,6%. Furthermore, R108 ( EAE ) , R108 ( NBE ) , R109 ( EAE ) , R109 ( NBE ) and R109 ( MME ) had the bacteriostatic activities to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the minimum inhibitory concentration was l.25mg/ml, 0.625mg/ ml, 2.5mg/ml, 0.3125mg/ml, 2.5mg/ml. Conclusion: The fermented products of endophytic fungi have a widespread value of research, which have a certain bacteriostasis activity, and a wide bactenostas^s range.
