钛合金表面溅射金涂层时间对钛瓷结合强度的影响 被引量:1

Effect of gold sputter coating time on the bond strength of titanium alloy and porcelain

摘要 目的:探讨钛合金表面不同的溅射金涂层时间对钛瓷结合强度的影响。方法:制作圆形钛合金片64个(直径10 mm,高度0.5 mm),根据溅射金涂层时间的不同分为8组(n=8):500 s(Au500),600 s(Au600),700 s(Au700),800 s(Au800),900 s(Au900),1000 s(Au1000),1100 s(Au1100),对照组仅作喷砂处理记为SB。采用抗剪切强度测试法测量钛瓷结合强度,结果进行统计学分析;体视显微镜观察各组试件的钛瓷断裂模式。结果:Au800组和Au900组的剪切强度分别为(19.37±0.74)MPa和(17.67±1.43)MPa,显著高于SB组(15.04±0.87)MPa(P<0.05)。体视显微镜显示各组钛瓷断裂模式均为混合断裂。结论:在本研究条件下,溅射金涂层能明显提高钛专用瓷粉(Super porcelain Ti-22)与钛合金之间的结合强度,800 s为最佳处理时间。 Objective: To investigate the effect of gold sputter coating on the adhesion between titanium alloy and porcelain with different time. Methods: Sixty-four titanium alloy specimens( d = 10 mm,h = 0. 5 mm) were cut from a cylindrical titanium alloy bar and divided randomly into 8 groups( n = 8). The control group,denoted as SB,would only be treated with sandblasting. According to the different coating time( s),the groups treated with gold sputter coating were denoted as Au500,Au600,Au700,Au800,Au900,Au1000,Au1100. Specific dental porcelain( Super porcelain Ti-22) was fused onto the titanium alloy surfaces. After the shear bond strength tests were performed,the results were statistically analysed. Stereomicroscope was used to characterize the titanium-porcelain interfaces and determine the mode of failure. Results: The shear bond strength of Au800( 19. 37 ± 0. 74 MPa) and Au900( 17. 67 ± 1. 43 MPa) was higher than SB( 15. 04 ± 0. 87 MPa)( P〈0. 05). Stereomicroscope illustrated that the fracture mode of all groups was mixed failure. Conclusion: Under the conditions of this study,the gold sputter coating can significantly improve the shear bond strength between Super porcelain Ti-22 and titanium alloy and the 800 s was the optimal coating time.
