我国公共文化服务的供给主体经历了从单一主体到多元主体的演进历程,但多元供给机制下公共文化服务仍面临主体困境,主要包括:政府的职责与边界问题,社会组织的培育问题,以及公众的参与问题。对供给主体困境及其化解路径的探讨,有利于确保多元主体到位并承担公共文化服务的供给职责,促进多元供给主体形成合力,进而提高公共文化服务的供给能力,提升供给效能。

The supplier of public cultural services in China has gone through the evolution from unified subject to plural subject. However, public cultural services still face the subjective dilemma due to the multiple supply mechanism. It mainly includes the following issues： the government＇s duties and borders, the cultivation of social organizations and public participation. The study on the subjective dilemma and its solutions is favorable to ensure that plural subject is in place and carries out its duties. This can also foster a close cooperation of providers, improve public cultural supply capacity and enhance the supply efficiency.
