The Dahua Reform and the Meiji Restoration are two major landmark reforms in the history of Japan. However it has had a completely different effect on Japan and East Asia. Japanese comprehen- sively studied Chinese culture and the Chinese Tang system, and through reform, Japan established a feudal and a prosperity society. Under the guidance of China's "concord with all nations" and never under the guidance of strong and weak world views and Wang Dao's thoughts, the Chinese and Japanese people bad a long--term friendly relationshiP. During the Meiji Restoration Movement with the core ideas and goals of "disengaging Asia and entering Europe", Japan became a capitalism country, but it has also created a frenetic militarist geek that has accelerated the hegemony of East Asia and has repeatedly launched massive war of aggression. It has brought endless suffering to China, North Korea and other neighboring countries and peoples.
