基于网络教学平台的翻转课堂模式在消化内科临床护理实习教学中的实践

Application flip classroom based on online teaching platform in clinical nursing practice teaching in gastroenterology department

[目的]研究基于网络教学平台的翻转课堂在消化内科临床护理实习教学中的应用效果。[方法]选取2015-07-2016-03期间在消化内科14楼实习的护生为对照组(n=47),采用常规教学模式;2016-07-2017-03期间在消化内科14楼实习的护生为观察组(n=45),实施基于网络教学平台的翻转课堂模式辅助临床护理实习教学。实习第4周比较2组护生的各项出科考核成绩和教学满意度。[结果]观察组理论考试及操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组通过实施基于网络教学平台的翻转课堂模式后,在提高自主学习的兴趣、在线学习教学模式新颖、网络教学提高学习、解决问题的能力、教学总体评价的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于网络教学平台的翻转课堂模式应用于临床护理实习教学,不仅提高了护生理论、操作成绩,更是提高了教学满意度。

[Objective]To study the effect of flip classroom based on online teaching platform in clinical nursing practice teaching in gastroenterology department. [Methods]The nursing students practiced in the department of gastroenterology from July 2015 to March 2016 were set as the observation group（n=47） and the nursing students practiced in a division of Gastroenterology department from July 2016 to March 2017 were set as the control group（n=45）. The students in observation group were educated based on on- line teaching platform to assist clinical practice teaching. During the fourth week of internship, the scores of each group and the satisfaction of teaching were compared. [Results]The final theoretical and operational scores in observational group were higher than the control group（P〈0.01）. Through the implementation of flip teaching model based on online teaching platform in observational group, nursing students felt it was novel,improved the interest of independent learning, also the study and the ability to resolve problems. The teaching satisfaction was higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion]The flipped classroom teaching mode based on internet teaching platform is applied to clinical nursing practice teaching, which not only improves the nursing students＇ theory and operationalperformance, but also improves the teaching satisfaction.
