Application and progress of detection of parathyroid hormone during primary hyperparathyroidism Surgery

原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进是甲状旁腺激素(PTH)分泌过多导致的内分泌疾病,其治疗方法主要是手术切除病变的甲状旁腺,原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术中检测PTH,可帮助判断手术效果,提示手术适时的终止。通过讨论术中PTH检测的发展历史、术中应用及存在问题,可以不断促进术中PTH检测这一技术的成熟与发展。

Primary hyperparathyroidism（ PHPT） is an endocrine disease caused by excessive secretion of parathyroid hormone. The primary treatment for PHPT is surgical resection of parathyroid glands. PTH detects during surgical can not only help judge the surgical effect but also prompt the termination of the operation. It can be continuously promoted by discussing the development history,intraoperative application,and problems of intraoperative PTH detection.
