年调节水库发电调度图多参数优选绘制 被引量:3

摘要 在保留调度图原有优点的基础上引入优化思想,提出了一种年调节水库发电调度图的多参数优选绘制方法。首先,阐述年调节水库发电调度图的改进绘制方法;其次,建立满足保证出力,保证蓄水期末水库蓄满条件下的梯级水库群发电量最大模拟调度模型;然后,通过粒子群优化算法控制调度图绘制过程中的关键参数,并结合调度模型以优化绘制发电调度图;最后,以澜沧江中上游如美至功果桥梯级水库群为对象进行实例研究,检验评价所得调度图的效益。其梯级水库群联合模拟调度结果相较传统调度图方案,增加年均发电量约2%,能在兼顾电站保证出力的同时,有效提高梯级总发电效益。 On the basis of keeping the advantages of traditional operation chart,the optimization ideas are introduced to propose a new multi-parameter optimization method for drawing the operation chart of annual regulation reservoir. Firstly,the improved method for drawing basic operation chart is described. Secondly,a simulative operation model considering guaranteed output and reservoir impounding during storage period is developed to maximize the total power output of cascaded hydropower stations.Finally,the key parameters in the drawing of operation chart are controlled by using particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the optimal operation chart is drawn based on the operation model. The cascade hydropower stations in upper and middle reaches of Langcang River are selected as study case,and the simulation results show that the proposed method can increase the average annual power generation of cascade stations by about 2% while taking into account the guaranteed output of each station.
