BDNF与抑郁症患者认知功能障碍相关性的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 抑郁症(depression)是一种常见的心境情感障碍性疾病。据世界卫生组织(WHO)统计,全球抑郁症的发病率约为11%,每年因抑郁症自杀死亡的人数估计高达100万,而我国抑郁症的发病率在5%以上。该病表现为持续而显著的情绪低落、兴趣丧失、负性思维,且普遍存在不同程度的感知、记忆、学习、执行等方面的认知功能障碍。
