江苏碳排放效率空间差异性及影响因素分析——基于改进的三阶段SBM-DEA模型分析 被引量:11

摘要 基于非期望产出的三阶段SBM-DEA模型,剔除环境因素和随机误差的影响,对2005—2015年江苏省12个城市的碳排放效率进行测算。结果表明,研究期内江苏省整体排放效率呈波动上升趋势,苏州、无锡、盐城的排放效率相对有效,处于排放效率前沿,其他城市的排放效率均有待提高。江苏省区域间碳排放效率呈现"苏中〉苏南〉苏北"的格局,与传统经济格局存在差异。因此,为提高碳排放效率应着力改善外部环境因素,如政府干预程度、科技支撑强度、所有权结构等因素,并针对不同区域制定差异化的减排政策。 Based on the three stage SBM-DEA model of non-expected output, the carbon dioxide emission efficiency of 12 cities in Jiangsu Province in 2005-2015 years was calculated by excluding the influence of environmental factors and random errors. The results show that during the study period the overall emission efficiency of Jiangsu Province appears a rising trend. The emission efficiency in Suzhou, Wuxi, Yancheng, is relatively effective. In the emission efficiency frontier, other city emission efficiency needs to be improved. The regional carbon dioxide emission efficiency of Jiangsu Province differs from the traditional economic pattern, showing the pattern of "middle Jiangsu South of Jiangsu Northern Jiangsu". Therefore, in order to improve carbon emission efficiency, efforts should be made to improve external environmental factors, such as government intervention, technology support intensity, ownership structure and other factors, and then formulate differentiated emission reduction policies for different regions.
