生态经济视角下的西部地区城市竞争力影响因素分析

Analysis on the Affecting Factors of Western Urban Competitiveness in China from the Perspective of Eco-Economy

文章在引入SBM模型测度西部地区城市生态效率的基础之上,从生态经济的视角系统分析了西部地区城市竞争力的影响因素。研究发现,西部地区城市的生态竞争力普遍较低。进一步的研究发现,经济规模因素与西部地区城市的生态竞争力之间存在显著的倒＂U＂型关系,从而与一般意义上的环境库兹涅茨曲线相悖,这与产业结构因素密切相关,经济规模因素主要是通过第二产业对城市的生态竞争力产生显著阻碍作用,而通过第三产业对其产生显著促进作用。同时,技术进步因素和环境规制因素中的工业废水排放达标率对于城市生态竞争力具有显著负面影响,而城市规模因素对于生态竞争力的影响不显著,因此西部地区的城市规模尚未对其生态环境产生严重的负面影响。

On the basis of introducing the SBM model to measure the ecological efficiency of cities in Western China, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of urban competitiveness in the western region from the perspective of eco-economy. The study found that the competitiveness of ecological city of the western region is generally low. Further research found that there is the existence of significant inverted ＂U＂ relation between ecological factors and the scale of economic competitiveness of the western region of the city, which is contrary to the environmental Kuznets curve in common sense, which is closely related with the industrial structure factors. The main factor is that the economic scale has a significant blocking effect by second eco industrial competitiveness of the city, which was caused by the third industry for its significant role in promoting. At the same time, the regulation factors of technological progress and environmental factors in the industrial waste water discharge standard rate has a significant negative impact on city ecological competitiveness, and the urban scale factors have no significant impact on the ecological competitiveness, so the urban scale in the western region has not yet had a serious negative impact on its ecological environment.
