多目标导向下的北京城市空间结构绩效评价研究——基于“五位一体”的视角

A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Beijing Urban Spatial Structure with Multi Objective Orientation:Based on the Perspective of “Five in One”

综观历史时期典型的城市空间结构及相关研究,评价城市空间结构绩效也必须要从包括经济、社会、生态、文化等在内的多个目标进行综合考虑。目前,已有研究主要采用基于专家打分判定权重后加权集成的多指标综合评价和基于线性规划的数据包络分析法（DEA）。但是,学术界对于如何在两种方法中进行选择尚缺乏研究。文章通过对北京市包括16个区县的城市空间结构绩效的评价比较了两种方法,主张二者都能对城市空间结构的绩效进行可靠的评价,测算的结果呈现出类似的趋势。但是,二者的方法策略不同,关注的重点也有所不同。如果将两种方法评价的结果放在一起分析,相比于单一的结果更能对现实问题给予解释。

In view of the typical urban spatial structure and related research in the historical period, the evaluation of the performance of urban spatial structure also must be taken into consideration from the economic, social, ecological, cultural and other goals. At present, there are many researches on the multi index comprehensive evaluation based on expert scoring, or the data envelopment analysis based on linear programming. However, there is a lack of research on how to choose between the two methods. Based on the evaluation of the performance of urban spatial structure in Beijing, including 16 districts and counties, we compare the two methods, and point out that both of them can be used to evaluate the performance of urban spatial structure, and the results show a similar trend. However, the two methods are different, and the focus is different. If the results of the two methods are put together, the results can be explained more easily than the of a single one.
