跨流域调水工程对水源区生态环境影响及评价指标体系研究 被引量:9

摘要 跨流域调水工程在实现水资源优化配置的同时,人为地改变了区域水文情势,将会不可避免地对水生生态环境产生有利或者不利影响。以辽西北供水工程为例,在现场调查基础上,从多方面分析跨流域调水工程对水源区水生生态环境的影响,建立了基于水文水质—水生生物—生态经济补偿技术模型的跨流域调水工程水源区水生生态环境评价指标体系,并根据项目目标确定指标权重的选取原则及结果,采用模糊综合评价方法科学合理地评价了跨流域调水工程对水源区水生生态环境影响。 The inter basin water transfer project, while realizing the water resources optimal allocation, will change the regional water regime artificially and will inevitably have beneficial or negative effects on the aquatic environment. Taking the Northwest of Liaoning Province water supply project as an example, based on the investigation at the scene, the paper analyzed from the fields of inter-basin water diversion project on the aquatic eco-environment effects, an interbasin water transfer project aquatic environmental effects prediction system was built based on hydrology and water quality-aquatic organisms-ecological and economic compensation model. The selection principle and result of index weight were determined according to the project target, and the ecological impact of inter-basin water transfer project was evaluated scientifically and rationally based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
