呼包银经济区矿产资源开发与生态环境保护耦合分析

Coupling Analysis of Exploitation of Mineral Resources Development and Ecological Environment Protection in Hu-Bao-Yin Economic Zone

随着矿产资源的开发,生态环境愈发脆弱,同时生态环境保护与矿产资源开发的矛盾愈加尖锐,呼包银经济区的生态发展受到了广泛的关注。通过构建的矿产资源开发系统和生态环境保护系统的耦合模型,定量分析二者的耦合关系。结果表明：（1）城市间发展不均衡。呼和浩特、包头的两大系统间具有较强的相互影响作用,两者之间的发展水平接近协调发展;银川的两大系统间的相互影响程度较低,处于失调发展。（2）区内两个系统间的发展不同步且水平较低,三个城市的两大系统的耦合协调度偏低且发展不稳定。

With the exploitation of mineral resources, ecological environment is becoming more fragile. With this contradiction intensified, there has been a growing concern in ecological development of Hu-Bao-Yin economic zone. This paper, based on quantitative analysis and a coupling model for both mineral resources exploitation and ecological environment protection, finds that：（1） Development is unbalanced among these cities： There is a coordinated development between mineral resources exploitation and ecological environment protection in Hohhot and Baotou due to the mutual impact of each other; In Yinchuan, these two elements have a lower mutual impact and therefore, development disorders appear.（2）The development of these two elements is not synchronized and the level of development is on the low side and not stable in the economic zone. The coupling degree of the system is low in these cities.
