森林型风景区旅游环境承载力研究——以天台山国家森林公园九鹏溪风景区为例 被引量:14

摘要 以可持续发展理念为基础,结合森林型风景区的环境特点,构建了包含旅游活动、资源空间、生态环境、服务设施和管理水平承载力为核心的森林型风景区旅游环境承载力系统。基于系统动力学理论与Vensim建模软件,以九鹏溪风景区为研究对象,对承载力系统进行仿真模拟并检验其有效性。通过控制关键指标,分析对比了森林型风景区在现状维持型、旅游发展优先型和可持续发展型三个不同发展模式下的承载力发展情况,得出可持续发展模式是保持适度环境承载力的最佳模式。以此为基础,结合生态信息的思想,构建了包含信息收集、处理分析、警戒和优化策略的预警管理机制,并为森林型风景区的可持续发展提供了以控制关键参数为核心的承载力优化策略。 This paper builds a forest scenic tourist environmental bearing capacity system that consists of tourism activities, resources space, ecological environment, service facilities and management level, combining with the characteristics of forest type scenic environment based on the concept of sustainable development. Based on the theory of system dynamics and Vensim modeling software and taking Jiupengxi scenic spot as the research object, the bearing capacity system is simulated and validated. By controlling the key indexes, the paper analyzed the three modes: the forest scenic spot in the current situation to maintain, priority to the development of tourism and sustainable development. It is concluded that sustainable development mode is the best mode to maintain moderate environmental capacity. Based on this, the paper constructs an early warning management mechanism which includes information collection, processing analysis, vigilance and optimization strategy based on the thought of ecological information. And it provides optimal strategy for the sustainable development of forest scenic spot to control the key parameters.
