摘要
目的:分析藏医文献中收载的治疗肝炎的方剂用药规律。方法:从藏医文献中筛选出治疗肝炎的方剂,基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析藏医治疗肝炎方剂的用药规律。结果:筛选出101首方剂进行分析,确定处方中各藏药的用药频次,演化出核心组合43个,新处方4个。结论:运用中医传承辅助平台对藏医药治疗肝炎方剂进行的用药规律分析及新方发现具有临床指导意义。
： Objective To analyze medication regularities of prescriptions treating hepatitis recorded in traditional Tibetan medical literature. Method Prescriptions treating hepatitis was selected from the Tibetan medical literature. Based on Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS） （ Version 2. 5 ）, a software - integrated data mining method was used to analyze the medication regularities of these prescriptions. Results A total of 101 prescriptions were screened out to analyze the medication frequency of each Tibetan medicine in these prescriptions, and 43 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion Medication analysis and new prescriptions discovery of Tibetan medicine prescriptions treating hepatitis based on TCMISS have clinical guiding significance.
