好要汤对雌性小鼠卵巢功能的影响

Research of Haoyaotang Powders Effect on Ovary Function of Female Mice

目的:考察好要汤对雌性小鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法:给药后对雌性小鼠的阴道角化上皮细胞、子宫和卵巢的体重及指数、孕酮P的含量、卵巢和子宫的形态学等方面观察。结果:与空白组比较,好要汤中、高剂量组(4.5、6.8 g/kg)均能不同程度地延长雌性小鼠的动情期,角化上皮细胞阳性率明显升高,好要汤高剂量组(6.8 g/kg)能增大小鼠的卵巢指数,提高血清孕酮P含量,明显增加黄体数目。结论:好要汤有防止卵巢衰老功效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Haoyaotang powders on ovary function of female mice. Methods The vaginal keratinocyte, the weight and index of uterus and ovary, the content of progesterone P, the morphology of ovary and uterus in female mice were observed after administration. Results Compared with the blank group, medium and high dose group of Haoyaotang powders （4. 5 6. 8 g ·kg^-1 ） can significantly prolong estrus in female mice, the positive ratio of keratinized epithelial calls increased significantly, high dose group of Haoyaotang powders （6. 8 g ·kg^-1 ） can increase the ovarian index, enhance the content of serum progesterone P and increase the number of corpora luteum of female mice. Conclusion Haoyaotang powders can anti - age the ovarian of female mice.
