少腹逐瘀汤辅助治疗腹股沟疝的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Laparoscopic Herniorrhaphy in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

目的:观察腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:选取腹股沟疝患者137例为研究对象,随机分为对照组68例、观察组69例。两组均行TAPP术,对照组术后以阿司匹林治疗,观察组术后以少腹逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组疼痛(VAS)评分及并发症。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组VAS评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,对照组为5.88%,组间数据比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤辅助腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)治疗腹股沟疝,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛程度,安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair （TAPP） combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 137 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into groups by the random digital table method, 68 cases in the control group and 69 in the observation group. The two groups were treated with TAPP. The control group was treated with aspirin after operation, and the observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction after operation. The pain （VAS） scores and complications of two groups were compared. Results The score of VAS was improved after treatment in the two groups, and the improvement of VAS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4. 35%, and the control group was 5.88%. There was insignificant difference in the data between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair （TAPP） combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain in pa- tients. Besides, it is safe and reliable.
