摘要
本文针对T型连接件(T-stub)带三角形加劲肋与无加劲肋两种构造形式的初始抗拉刚度的相互转换问题,运用了有限元软件ABAQUS研究了150组不同截面几何参数的带三角形加劲肋与无加劲肋T-stub的初始抗拉刚度,提出了适用于求解带三角形加劲肋与无加劲肋T型连接件初始抗拉刚度转换系数的简化计算公式,即力的分流系数;重点考察了腹板横截面与加劲肋横截面面积比、加劲肋高长比和螺栓到腹板距离与加劲肋长度比对分流系数的影响,该拟合公式计算结果与有限元和文献计算结果很吻合,满足精度要求.本文还分析了三角形加劲肋高度、螺栓到腹板距离和试件翼缘尺寸的变化对带三角形加劲肋T-stub初始抗拉刚度和屈服承载力的影响.
In this paper, the mutual conversion of initial tensile stiffness of two types of structural forms with triangular stiffeners and no stiffeners for T type connector(T-stub) is studied, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to study the initial tensile strength of 150 T-stubs with triangular stiffeners and stiffeners with different cross-section geometric parameters. A simplified formula for calculating the initial tensile stiffness conversion coefficient of a T type joint with a triangular stiffener and an unstiffened rib is proposed, that is, the shunt coefficient of the force. The influences of web cross section and stiffener cross section area ratio, stiffener height length ratio, bolt to web distance and stiffener length ratio on the shunt coefficient are mainly investigated. The calculation results of the fitting formula are in good agreement with the finite element and the literature results, and meet the requirements of precision. The influences of the height of the triangle stiffener, the distance between the bolt and the web, and the flange size of the specimen on the initial tensile stiffness and yield bearing capacity of T-stub with triangular stiffener are also analyzed.
