摘要
米尔济约耶夫担任乌兹别克斯坦总统以后,乌便将修复和发展与中亚邻国之间的关系作为乌外交政策的优先目标。通过调整中亚地区政策,乌与其他四个中亚邻国之间的关系得到了显著改善。这种改善为中亚地区一体化的重启奠定了必要的基础。但由于乌外交政策的发展方向仍存在不确定性、中亚国家错综复杂的关系导致集体身份的形成困难重重、域外大国对中亚地区一体化所持的立场不明朗等原因,导致重获生机后的中亚地区一体化进程仍存在许多变数。
After Mirziyoyev was inaugurated as president, Uzbekistan has considered restoring and developing relations with its Central Asian neighbors as its diplomatic priority. Through adjusting its Central Asian policies, the relationship between Uzbekistan and four other Central Asian neighbors has been improved markedly. This improvement has laid a necessary foundation for the resumption of Central Asian integration. Nevertheless, uncertainties still exist for future Uzbekistan's foreign policies. Actually, complicated relationships among Central Asian countries lead to difficulties in forming a collective identity. Besides, outsides powers hold unclear positions towards Central Asian integration. All of these lead to many uncertainties of the revitalized Central Asian integration.
