摘要
按照正交试验法,研究了树脂加入量、固化剂加入量等因素对型砂的常温抗压强度、发气量、可使用时间的影响。根据试验结果,确定了大型铸钢件用醇酸树脂和配套固化剂在实际生产中的最佳配比。
According to the orthogonal test, the influence of resin addition, curing-agent addition and other factors on the room temperature compressive strength, gas evolution and bench life was studied. The optimum ratio of alkyd resin and supporting curing agent in actual production was determined according to the experimental results.
