摘要 针对某发动机盘件用FGH96合金的痕量元素、气体杂质、冶金夹杂控制等要求变高,研究了高纯净度FGH96母合金制造技术。通过采用优选原材料、优化过滤系统、精细化控制关键过程等技术,解决了目前粉末盘非金属夹杂物多、纯净度低等技术难题,成功制备出高纯净度的FGH96高温母合金棒材。利用浮渣试验、电解腐蚀、金相夹杂检验等多种纯净度定量定性鉴定方法对各种试验方案材料进行纯净度评价,并将各种方法进行对比。 In order to satisfy the strict control of the trace elements, gas impurities and metallurgical inclusion of FGH96 alloy for an engine turbine disk, the manufacturing technology of high purity FGH96 master alloy was studied. By using techniques such as, optimizing raw materials and filtering system, subtilized control key process, the problems such as large amount of non-metallic inclusions in powder disk and low purity were solved, and the high purity FGH96 master heat-resisting alloy bar was successfully prepared. The purity of various testing materials was evaluated by quantitative method of purity identification, such as scum test, electrolytic corrosion and metallographic inclusion test, and the methods were compared.
