摘要
燃气轮机作为一种清洁能源发电设备,其关键部件材质主要为球墨铸铁EN-GJS-400-18U-RT/LT及EN-GJS-400-15U,铸件要求100%进行无损检测(MT,UT),并以指定部位100 mm附铸试块作力学性能及金相检测。在生产实践中,通过采用平稳的浇注系统、强化冒口补缩、加快冷却速度、精选炉料、对铁液进行增碳与预处理提高铁液冶金质量等工艺手段,加强生产过程控制,最终实现燃机铸件的国产化并形成批量化生产。
Gas turbine is clean energy power generation equipment, the key components of which are mainly made of ductile cast iron EN-GJS-400-18U-RT/LT and EN-GJS-400-15U, and the castings require 100% non-destructive testing (MT, UT), and 100 mm test lug is attached at the specified location for mechanical properties and metallographic examination. In the production practice, through using smooth gating system, enhancing feeding, accelerating cooling rate, selecting charge, improving the metallurgical quality of liquid iron by recarburizing treatment and pretreatment and other technical means, the production process control was enhanced to finally realize the domestic and mass production for the gas turbine castings.
