摘要
汽轮机缸体分面法兰的超声探伤检测要求按JB/T9630.2《汽轮机铸钢件超声探伤及质量分级方法》进行,质量要求达到2级。作者从冒口、冷铁等工艺要素入手,利用数值模拟,结合超声探伤结果,有效解决了汽轮机缸体类铸钢件中分面法兰存在的疏松等铸造缺陷,提高了生产效率。
The ultrasonic inspection for the split flanges of the steam turbine cylinder is carded out according to the method of JB/T9630.2-Ultrasonic Testing and Quality Classification Method of Steel Castings for Steam Turbines, and the quality is required to reach level 2. Through analyzing the technological factors such as riser and chili, using numerical simulation and the results of ultrasonic inspection, the authors effectively solved the porosity and other casting defects of the split flanges of the steam turbine cylinder, and the production efficiency was improved.
