泮托拉唑钠生物黏附性缓释片对胃溃疡大鼠的治疗作用

Protective effects of pantoprazole sodium bioadhesive sustained release tablets on rat model of gastric ulcerin

目的:研究泮托拉唑钠生物黏附性缓释片对实验性大鼠胃溃疡模型的治疗作用。方法:采用大鼠乙醇+阿司匹林法复制胃溃疡模型,观察泮托拉唑钠生物黏附性缓释片对大鼠胃溃疡的保护作用,并与泮托拉唑肠溶片及奥美拉唑肠溶片进行比较。结果:与模型组相比,泮托拉唑钠生物黏附性缓释片(0.072和0.036 mg·kg^(-1))能显著降低胃溃疡面积(P<0.05);并且能减轻胃黏膜的组织病理学病变及降低胃液总酸度和胃蛋白酶水平(P<0.05)。与泮托拉唑钠肠溶片和奥美拉唑肠溶片组相比,能显著治疗降低溃疡面积及胃液总酸度(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且能减少给药次数。结论:泮托拉唑钠生物黏附性缓释片对实验性溃疡有明显的改善作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of pantoprazole sodium bioadhesive sustained-release tablets on experimental gastric ulcer model rats. Methods： Gastric ulcer rat model was induced by ethanol and aspirin.The inhibition rate of ulcer and gastric mucosa pathological index were measured,and the treatment effect of pantoprazole sodium bioadhesive sustained release tablets were comprehensively evaluated. Results： Pantoprazole sodium bioadhesive sustained-release tablets（ 0. 072 and 0. 036 mg·kg-1） could significantlyreduce the gastric ulcer area（ P 〈 0. 05）,pathological changesof gastric mucosa,total acidity of gastric juice,and pepsin level compared with the model group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and reduce the gastric ulcer areaand total acidity of gastric juicecompared with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）. The dosing frequency could also be lowered when giving the bioadhesive sustained-release tablets. Conclusion：Pantoprazole sodium bioadhesive sustained-release tablets have remarkable protective effects on the gastric mucosa in rat models of gastric ulcer induced by ethanol and aspirin.
