新型氟化盐加料系统的设计开发

摘要 氟化盐加料系统是铝电解生产中的1套辅助系统,主要用于将氟化盐粉料定时、定量的加入电解槽中氟化盐料箱内。文中提出的新型氟化盐加料系统,主要针对在2017年新建广西华磊电解厂、贵铝电解厂设计过程中,一线生产人员对以往氟化盐加料方法不足之处的反馈以及业主对投资成本控制的要求。力求以较小的成本在满足生产流程需求的前提下,减轻操作人员负担、提高车间环境指数、提高生产效率。在组织相关电解专家和经验丰富生产人员研究讨论的基础上,文中提出一种成本低、效率高的氟化盐加料系统。在2018年初,该氟化盐加料系统已加工成型并投入使用。 Fluoride feeding system is a set of auxiliary system in aluminum electrolysis production, which is mainly used to add fluoride powder timely and quantitatively into fluoride tank in electrolyzer. In this paper, a new fluoride feeding system is proposed in order to solve the disadvantages of the former fluoride salt adding method pointed out by production workers and to meet the Owner's requirement to control investment cost in the design process of the new Guangxi Hualei aluminum electrolysis plant and Guiyang aluminum electrolysis plant in 2017. On the premise of meeting the demand of production process at lower cost, the aim is to reduce the burden of operators, to improve the environmental index of the workshop and to promote production efficiency. On the basis of the research and discussion of aluminum electrolysis experts and experienced production personnel, a low -cost and high -efficiency fluoride feeding system was proposed. At the beginning of 2018, this system has been processed and put into use.
