AZ31镁合金挤压型材温热张力绕弯成形模拟及实验研究 被引量:2

Numerical simulation and experimental study on warm tension-rotation bending of AZ31 magnesium alloy as-extruded profile

摘要 以AZ31镁合金挤压型材为研究对象,通过数值模拟和实验方法研究了AZ31镁合金型材温热张力绕弯成形工艺,分析了温度及预拉伸量对AZ31镁合金型材成形质量及回弹的影响规律。结果表明:AZ31镁合金型材在成形温度低于110℃时无法顺利弯曲成形;随着成形温度升高,AZ31镁合金型材回弹角降低,二者近似呈线性递减关系;当成形温度从140℃升高至220℃时,弯曲成形后AZ31镁合金型材回弹角实验值由5.4°降低至3.8°,降低了1.6°,而模拟结果降低了0.693°。随着预拉伸量的增加,AZ31镁合金型材回弹角降低。当预拉伸量从0%增大至6%时,弯曲成形后AZ31镁合金型材回弹角实验值由10.9°降低至3.1°,降低了7.8°,模拟结果降低了4.459°。 The AZ31 magnesium alloy as-extruded profile was used as the research object,and both numerical and experimental methods were used to investigate the warm tension-rotation bending of the AZ31 magnesium alloy as-extruded profile. The effects of the process parameters such as temperature and pre-tension on shaping quality and springback of AZ31 bent profile were analyzed. The results show that the AZ31 magnesium profile cannot be bent at the temperature below 110 ℃. With the temperature increasing,the springback angle of the AZ31 magnesium profile decreases,the relationship between the springback angle and the temperature is approximately linearly decreasing one. The experimental springback angle of the AZ31 magnesium profile decreases from 5. 4° to 3. 8° when the temperature increases from140 ℃ to 220 ℃,the reduction value of the experimental springback angle is 1. 6° while the simulation result is 0. 693°. With the increase of the pre-tension amount,the springback angle of the AZ31 bent profile decreases. The experimental springback angle of the AZ31 magnesium profile decreases from 10. 9° to 3. 1° when the pre-tension amount increases from 0% to 6%,the reduction value of experimental springback angle is 7. 8° while simulation result is 4. 459°.
