摘要
土地整治作为提升耕地质量,落实建设项目"占优补优"的重要方式,科学合理测算耕地质量,掌握县域耕地整治潜力意义重大。论文在农用地分等成果和实地调查的基础上,按照"整治目标—耕地质量关键因素识别—修正法评价指标体系—耕地质量重估测算模型—耕地质量潜力规模"的技术思路,评估测算县域内可提升的耕地质量潜力和产能。研究结果显示,整治后兴宁市耕地质量分布较整治前减少1个利用等,优等耕地数量增加2.43%,可平均提升0.5个国家利用等,获得产能763×104 kg。兴宁市耕地整治需重点推进灌溉与排水、田间路网与农田生态防护工程建设。
Land consolidation as an important way to improve the quality of cultivated land and"superior occupation and superior compensation", scientific and reasonable calculation of the quality of the cultivated land which is significant to master the potential of the cultivated land at county level. Based on classification results of agricultural land and the field investigation, the author revaluated the qualitative potential of the cultivated land at county level, that used the technical methods of "target consolidation-identification of key factors of the cultivated land quality-modified evaluation index system-revaluated model-quality potential". The research results demonstrated that the cultivated land quality distribution reduced one utilizable grade, the high quality cultivated land increased 2.43% after regulation in Xingning City. The comprehensive utilizable grade improved by 0.5 and the grain production increased by 763x 104kg. It was required that the cultivated land consolidation should focus on irrigation and drainage, field network and ecological protection project of farmland in Xingning City.
