摘要外周静脉置人中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter，PICC）是由外周静脉穿刺置管，其导管尖端位于上腔静脉或锁骨下静脉的深静脉穿刺技术，临床广泛应用于中、长期需要静脉输液的患者。PICC相关性上肢深静脉血栓是指血细胞、血小板以及纤维蛋白在置管侧肢体的肱静脉、腋静脉、颈内静脉及锁骨下静脉内凝结，它会中断治疗、增加治疗费用。
