摘要 预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙体具有承重、保温与装饰一体化的优点,可实现保温体系与主体结构同寿命。桁架式不锈钢连接件是预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙体常用的一种连接件形式。系统开展了适用于50mm厚保温层预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙体的桁架式不锈钢连接件的抗拔与抗剪性能试验,结果表明:连接件的抗拔破坏形态为腹杆拉断或锚固端焊点脱开,抗拔承载力试验值为21k N;连接件抗剪破坏形态为受压腹杆屈服,受拉腹杆拉断,单个600mm波段连接件的抗剪承载力试验值为18.7k N;连接件抗拔和抗剪承载力均有较大安全储备。 Precast concrete sandwich insulation facade wall panels have the advantages of bearing,heat preservation,decoration integration, and can realize the same life of insulation system and main structure. Stainless steel truss connector is one of the connector forms commonly used in the precast concrete sandwich insulation facade wall panels. The experimental study on pull-out and shearing behaviors of stainless steel truss connectors suitable for the precast concrete sandwich insulation facade wall panels of 50 mm thick insulation layer is systematically carried out. Results show that the ultimate failure mode of the connectors in pull-out test is tensile failure of the wed or breakage of solder joint at anchor end,with the test value of pull-out capacity 21 k N. The ultimate failure mode of the connectors in shearing test is buckling in compression and yielding in tension,with the test value of shear capacity18. 7 k N. Both the pull-out and shearing capacity of the stainless steel truss connectors have a large safety margin.
