摘要
以深圳市某高层建筑(11层)装配式木结构柱-PC保温板墙导槽式施工为例,重点介绍了木结构柱-PC保温板墙导槽式节点连接构造设计与施工方法,该高层建筑结构设计对抗震性能、预制率及装配率以及建筑节能等各项指标要求较高,设计采用"木结构柱-PC保温板墙导槽式节点"构造形式,保温板墙吊装实行"引导式就位,挤密注浆封缝"的方法,施工灵活,误差可控,有效提高了吊装设备的使用效率,整体施工方案可行有效。
Taking Groove-guided construction of fabricated timber column-PC insulated wallboard of a 11-story high building in Shenzhen for example,this paper emphatically introduces the structure design and construction method of guiding groove-type connection joint of timber column-PC wallboard. With requirements of better seismic performance,higher pre-processing rate and assembly rate and more energy-efficiency,the structural design of the building adopts the structure form of wood column-PC insulation wallboard guide groove joint and the insulation wall panel is constructed by guiding into place,compacting,grouting and sealing. This method is flexible and controllable for construction and improves the use of lifting equipment efficiency. The overall construction plan turns out to be feasible and effective.
