叠合装配式综合管廊防水设计及蓄水试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 城市地下综合管廊的建设已成为我国城市标准化建设的一部分,也是衡量一座城市发展水平的重要标志。预制装配式结构管廊既符合我国建筑业的发展政策,与传统现浇法相比,又有诸多优势,但其防水技术的开发、创新与研究乃是当务之需。提出一种新型综合管廊结构体即叠合装配式管廊,通过对其主体结构防水、变形缝、拼装缝3方面防水设计进行深入研究,并经7d现场蓄水试验验证,研究结果表明,叠合装配式管廊通过预制结合现浇的施工方式,其结构防水效果良好。 The construction of urban underground utility tunnel has become a part of urban standardization construction in China,and is also an important symbol to measure the development level of a city. The precast assembly structure utility tunnel not only conforms to the development policy of China 's construction industry,but also has many advantages compared with the traditional cast-in-place method,but the development,innovation and research of its waterproof technology are the needs of the work. In this paper,a new type of composite utility tunnel structure—assembly type utility tunnel is proposed.Through three waterproofing designs of its main structure,waterproof,deformation seams and assembly seams,it is verified by the 7 d field water storage test. The results show that the waterproofing effect of the overlapped assembly utility tunnel is good through the precast and cast-in-place construction method.
