预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊下部边节点受力性能有限元分析 被引量:7

摘要 预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊由预制底板、预制壁板和预制顶板组成,其中壁板与底板通过套筒灌浆连接,壁板与顶板通过现浇混凝土节点核心区连接。针对上述预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊的下部边节点,基于ABAQUS软件建立了考虑拼缝等因素影响的有限元模型,并通过试验验证了该模型的合理性。在此基础上,开展了有限元参数分析,主要参数包括腋角高度、轴压比和底板边界条件等。结果表明:所有试件均为壁板或底板受弯破坏;腋角高度和轴压比越大,节点的承载力越高;底板弹性接触与底板铰接的受力性能相近(承载力相差在5.4%以内),底板锚固的正向承载力比底板铰接高16.4%。 The precast concrete slab-assembly utility tunnel is composed of precast floor panels,wall panels and roof panels,wherein the wall panels and the floor panels are connected through a sleeve grouting,and the wall panels and the roof panels are connected through the cast-in-situ concrete in the joint core. Using ABAQUS software,a finite element model of the lower edge connection of the precast concrete slab-assembly utility tunnel was established. The model considered the assembling seam and other factors,and the validity was verified by test results. On this basis,the parameters analysis was carried out. The main parameters included the height of the haunch,axial compression ratio,and the boundary conditions of roof panel. Comparison showed that all specimens were wall or floor bending failure. The bearing capacity of the connection increased with the height of the haunch and the ratio of axial pressure. The elastic contact of floor panel was similar to that of simply supported( the difference of bearing capacity was within 5. 4%). The positive bearing capacity of the anchor floor panel was 16. 4%higher than that of the simply supported hinge.
