冬冷夏热地区冬季低能耗高性能预制构件混凝土试验研究

摘要 通过掺加晶核型早强剂、非晶质铝酸钙系矿物掺和料,探究在低温养护条件下两种早强组分对混凝土早期强度的影响,并对其工作性、力学性能、耐久性、应用效益与基准混凝土进行比较,结果表明:使用两种早强组分的混凝土初拌性能与普通混凝土接近,16h抗压强度提升接近1倍,且对长期强度、耐久性无影响。可拆模时间缩短、冬季蒸汽养护的问题得到较好解决。本研究满足冬冷夏热地区冬季低能耗高性能混凝土预制构件的设计要求。 The effect of two kinds of early strength components on the early strength of concrete under the condition of low temperature curing is explored by adding crystal nucleating agent and amorphous calcium aluminate mineral admixture. Also its workability,mechanical properties,durability and application benefits are compared with reference concrete. The results show that the initial mixing performance of concrete with early strength component is similar to that of reference concrete,while its early strength is substantially increased. Demoulding time is shortened,which helps to reduce steam curing in winter.This study meets the design requirements of low energy-costing and high performance precast concrete member in those areas with great temperature difference.
