新型混凝土垫层质量控制

Quality Control of Some New Concrete Cushion

干拌复合轻骨料混凝土、浮石混凝土、泡沫混凝土等轻骨料混凝土,因其质量小、整体性好、保温和隔声性能好、防火阻燃、工艺简便、施工快捷等特点已逐步替代传统的陶粒混凝土垫层。针对目前3种常见的新型混凝土垫层,在工程实践的基础上,从产品性能和特点、施工质量通病及原因分析、防治措施3个方面进行了分析和论述。

The new concrete cushion,such as dry-mixed lightweight aggregate concrete,pumice concrete and foam concrete,gradually replaces the traditional haydite concrete cushion because of its light weight,good integrity,good insulation and sound insulation,fire and flame-retardant,simple technology and quick construction. Aiming at three kinds of commonly used lightweight aggregate concrete cushion,based on engineering practice,this paper analyzes and discusses product performance and characteristics,construction quality defects,cause analysis and prevention measures from three aspects.
